Software Development Department

Reports To: Senior Java Developer/Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java programming and a passion for learning and growing within the software development field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, and maintenance of Java-based application
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Perform tasks delegated by Senior / Development Manager
  • Perform tests and inspections, coordinate with fellow developers, and identify any errors or inconsistencies


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Very good understanding of Java programming language and object-oriented programming principles.
  • Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate is a must.
  • Familiarity with a frontend framework / library such as React / Angular is a must.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management systems is a must.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Product Department

Job Type: Full time, from office.

Location: Maadi


  • Recommend, specify and drive execution of IoT solutions including modules, sensors and software applications
  • Define products by translating customer needs into detailed technical requirements for R&D
  • Manage products throughout the entire product life-cycle including strategic and tactical activities such as product definition, promotion, collateral generation and customer support
  • Develop a deep understanding of the markets, customers and technical requirements to drive commercial success and continued growth and adoption of different IoT technologies
  • Collaborate with sales, business development, engineering, project management and marketing teams to guide product execution, priorities and delivery
  • Manage requests and expectations across our global sales team and customer base, balancing tactical/strategic actions in response
  • Develop and deliver marketing content including competitive positioning, product updates, sales trainings, webinars, whitepapers, etc.
  • Drive product launches, marketing activities, sales enablement and product training
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure our solutions are well-aligned with and prioritized to continuously evolving business, market and customer needs
  • Manage requests and expectations across our global sales team and customer base, balancing tactical/strategic actions in response
  • Work with legal team to negotiate supplier and partnership
  • Drive and deliver revenue and margin expectations by defining and implementing marketing and relationship initiatives that meet or exceed the targets


  • 5+ years of experience in Telecom and/or IT product design and marketing
  • Solid understanding of software applications and wireless technologies
  • Strong knowledge of embedded systems is an advantage
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to motivate and excite people and influence customers and internal stakeholders
  • Self-driving, self-motivated, enthusiastic, dynamic, adaptable, organized with attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent), MBA preferred

Business Development Department

Business Development team lead is a professional who oversees a team of consultants that help businesses identify and implement solutions to improve their performance, efficiency, and profitability.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Analyzing the current state of the business, its goals, challenges, and opportunities
  • Developing and presenting strategic plans and proposals to address the business needs and objectives
  • Conducting high level customer presentation
  • Qualify sales leads
  • Handover the qualified leads to the sales team for follow up and closure
  • Clod calling
  • Contacting potential customers over the phone or using online tools
  • Leading and managing the implementation of the proposed solutions, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance
  • Monitoring and evaluating the results and impact of the solutions, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Coaching, mentoring, and motivating the consultant team, ensuring their professional development and performance

Skills and qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in business development, consulting, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering successful business solutions and achieving client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of relevant tools, methods, and frameworks for business analysis and development
  • B2B sales experience and familiar with the sales process
